Living area is on the third floor with huge private balcony and gas grill. Living room has a TV, Stereo/CD, and DVD. The queen sleeper sofa will sleep two. Fantastic views of the bay and gulf from all windows, and the deck area, which is also overlooking a beautiful stocked pond with fountain. A half bath is located on this level.

The kitchen has all you will need with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, utensils, dinner ware, ironing board with iron, etc.
